Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Job007 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Job007 is operated by Job007 ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Job007 is an AI-powered job search automation platform that helps users discover job opportunities, generate tailored application documents, and manage the job application process. The Service includes a desktop application, web application, Chrome browser extension, and cloud backend.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading job applications
• Provide false information in your profile or application materials
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

Job007 uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes, cover letters, and application responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is based on information you provide and may require review
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content before submission
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers or interviews
• You should review all application materials before they are submitted on your behalf

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier is available with limited features
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Gmail Integration

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize Job007 to:

• Read emails to detect job application responses (interviews, rejections, offers)
• Search for job alert emails from LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards

Job007 does not send emails from your Gmail account, does not access unrelated emails, and does not store email content beyond what is needed for application tracking.

8. Chrome Extension

The Job007 Chrome Extension accesses job board websites to fill application forms and search for jobs. It does not access or modify non-job-board websites, collect browsing history, or track your activity outside of job applications.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Job007. Your profile data, resumes, and cover letters remain your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Job application outcomes or decisions made by employers
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Temporary service interruptions or data loss
• Actions taken by third-party job boards or platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
